Sainsbury's 2012 School Games

Emma was Ranked Number One in Ireland in the Under 12 age category in 2009 and has been playing table tennis for seven years. Not only has Emma competed in the Games before, in 2009, but she has also competed at international level. Emma took part in the British Primary Schools International in both 2008 and 2009, achieving third place last year. She also attended the British Senior Schools International earlier this year.
Emma, who attends Grosvenor Grammar School is a budding netball player who regularly plays for the school team, will no doubt be looking to use her experience from the 2009 UK School Games to good effect in North East England.
Table Tennis forms one of the ten sports being competed for at the Sainsbury's UK School Games 2010 and is one of three events with disability elements.
