Records were the order of day three at the 2011 Sainsbury's UK School Games but it was the surprise world mark in the pool at Ponds Forge International Sports Centre that wowed the crowds as swimmer Jessica Applegate had the race of her life to claim the gold medal and break a world record in the process.
